This logo is specifically created for my portfolio site as well as my business card for a final project in Portfolio and Professional Practice course in New Media. The first version of my logo is honestly disappointing as it resembles a rainbow poo emoji based on the class’s comments. I, too, agree with the feedback, and it is very important to me as a logo defines a person’s identity or even a company. And because of the response given by the class, I considered making significant changes to my logo. The first thing that I did is changing the color scheme to match my personality, but the gradient style has been retained. The blue color represents how trustworthy and calm a person I am, while red signifies that I am a passionate person. Since I try to stay happy and positive all the time, I put a touch of yellow on the logo, and the green color represents how much I love nature and our planet. To finish redesigning my logo, I rearranged and resized my name so that it is more legible.
