Jadz Pro Cleaning Services is a local cleaning business based in Lethbridge, Alberta. During my final year in college, one of the classes that I took requires forming a team. Each team must approach a local business to provide them with software or a website that they can use to operate their business better or promote their existence in the area. The team that I was involved in, named Kraken Inc., decided to develop a website for this local business, and I volunteered to lead the logo and the website designing. At first, it was very challenging for me since it’s a big project and everyone had high expectations. But with the trust and help of my colleagues, I managed to design the logo and the website that surpassed the business owner’s expectations and the college instructors. The first version of the logo features four Js formed like a windmill based on the owner’s idea. He specifically picked the blue color because he believes that it is very calming to the eyes. A few weeks before our project presentation, I came up with a redesigned logo with a much more contemporary look, and the owner contentedly approves of it very much.
